I am attaching a Pathology notes that are dictated by Goljan in his audio lectures. Anyone who doesn't want to spend time listening to his lectures can just read through it, its very helpful. Please do remember that its not professionally done and hence you will notice some spelling mistakes, nothing that will not confuse you though.
