Hi guys,
Can someone briefly discuss the electrophoresis of Hb A Hb S Hb C , cause i feel I'm not getting the idea of Hb C getting 2 +Ve charge compared to Hb A. and less mobility on electrophoresis!!
I know in Hb S there is substitution of Glutamate acid at position 6 with valine and Hb C the same but with basic lysine.
I feel I'm not understanding the electrophoresis
thanks
