hi there. i am umesh. i have just completed my MBBS and i have started usmle step1 prep. well i have been looking for some advice about kaplan lecture videos. i have complete set of 2007 kaplan videos i just want to that is it necessary to watch videos of all subjects or there are some selected topics or subjects that should be seen. and if anyone could kindly tell me that should i get 2010 kaplan dvds or there isn't much difference in content of 2007 and 2010 dvds.

am not sure of the 2007 version but the quality of the 2010 veersion are just excellent.

Well not all subjects, those of micro and patho are useless, according to whoever I asked. You can replace patho video lectures by Goljan audio and do micro MRS along with Kaplan.

Personally I found those of Biochem, Anatomy and Physio very helpful. Behavioral sciences lectures are pretty good too. Not too sure if the others helped me in any way.
