Hi!
I've been trying to grasp a concept of one of the questions I got wrong.

It's about a 25yo male after the accident, can't get an erection only when stimulated by wife and it's short lasting. The question is: the best explanation for this type of erection is the intact spinal reflex arc between the sacral paras nerves and which of the following?

The answer is a pudendal nerve.

Mu qs is why? I know it's responsible for ejaculation but where is the connection?
Would appreciate your help.
Thanks

The pudendal nerve is responsible for sensation from the genitals, so it makes sense that the sensation would travel from the pudendal nerve and synapse in a reflex arc to cause the erection.
