well my exam in 2 days and i feel terrible i feel like I forgot many stuff which some times right but i did nbme 17 offline i got 180/200 i think thats good but i still feel and know I'm not good tho cuz i know the actuall exam is way different from the nbme :/ i am lost and not sure what to be doing and i can't postpone cuz thats the last month of eligibility after the extension . please and advice or help

Everyone feels the same before step 1! You can never be really 100% prepared for the exam, and with your last nbme score, you are definitely ready (assuming you have been consistent with your nbme scores). If you are doing well on nbme's (also give free 150 if you haven't already), it might not be a great idea to postpone the exam any longer. Delaying the exam, which I am sure you have heard, has not really shown to greatly improve the score and can sometimes decrease your performance as well. However, it is entire up to how you feel. If you are comfortable with your performance in nbme, I would say go ahead and give the exam. Good luck
