This. If you get caught doing this you can get into big trouble and ruin your chances of getting into residency. Totally not worth it when you can buy used ones on Amazon at a reasonable price.

I'm sorry but I have high yield 2nd edition used by my cousin.. So I was thinking of reading the latest one.. However, the main books for my preparation are Kaplan which I've already bought and I just want to review the high-yields..

What do you say, is 2nd edition of high yield good enough? Or there are lots of changes with the new ones?
