Every time I come across a histological finding in my Pathology reading, I Google Image it and look at a few dozen slides until I understand what I'm seeing. Sometimes I have to look up a normal histology image to compare it to, but usually a site or two will include a normal slide for comparison.
Histology on its own doesn't count that much in the real exam(1 question max some say)...maybe just as an intro to microslides in path.O,but look up and know how the epithelium changes along types of bronchi(FA+UW).
and here is a cool site(hope it works): http://www.bu.edu/histology/m/i_thumbn.htm
