...... i need to know the procedures to apply for 2010 match , i am already had step2ck and i will do step 1 next 25th of march but i didn't have step two cs yet ..... so what i have to do to apply for 2010 match ... i.e. when is the deadline to do step 2 cs if i want to be capable to join the match on next sept 2010 .... thankx

Preparing for the match
When you do step1, CK, and CS you will be ECFMG certified.
When you are ECFMG certified you will be able to apply for the specialty that you want when the matching season starts in September 1st.
Applying to residency match is mainly via ERAS which is a website that is designed to take your electronic application in which you can upload your USMLE scores, personal statement, CV, medical school transcripts, letters of recommendations, and other important documents.
You can apply to more than one specialty if you like.
You can use MatchAresident to help you find the most suitable programs for you according to your scores and visa status, and you can also search our database of IMG friendly programs in the US.
Many IMG applicants are now doing some USCE before applying for the match that USCE can be in the form of externship or observership.
