Guys how is it possible that getting an accumulate of 70% or less in qbank or UW is enough to pass the usmle step 1. I don't get it, my friends keep telling me that and honestly i just don't understand.
I'm by 68% accumulative in QBANK and i have done 36% of the questions, so am I almost ready for the exam??????????? I don't feel like I'am ready.

Some advice please:confused::confused::confused:

This is how it goes. Only few surpass the 70% mark. Try the Kaplan Score Correlator; it will give you an estimate of your score. Also, this table says the same thing.

However, in order for these estimations to be valid, the questions have to be done in timed, unused, random mode.

Btw, you'll never feel really ready for the exam! But of course you'll feel more confident by the end of your prep. Just do your best in the available period of time, and Qbanks & NBMEs can estimate your score somewhat.
