This may be a difficult question to answer I know, but please if you are out there and have any experience with please post your experience and how many interviews you did and then prematched or matched
I've got only three interviews but all of them were pretty much positive and with good experience and continued email correspondence with them.

According to the NRMP, in 2009 there were 508 independant applicants (ie non US seniors) who ranked 3 programs in internal medicine, 214 matched. This means grossly you have about 40% chance to match. However there are many factors that can push up this rate (above 95 scores, date of graduation, pevious residency back home, Green card, USCE, research....). Keep in faith.
