Those who have taken step 1, how many multimedia questions did you get?
By Multimedia I mean audio/video only, images/pictures/diagrams not included.

No videos in USMLE Exam

Videos are extremely rare.

You most probably see "murmur" or "respiratory sound" audio questions, not more than 5 in the whole exam.

I only had 2 multimedia on mine.. No video, 2 Cardio Audios which were Aortic Stenosis and Mitral Regurgitation.

Very few, maybe only 2 or 3 audio questions in the whole exam
