hyper IgE syndrome

TH1 cells fail to produce IFN-GAMMA so decrease nutrophyll chemotactic stimuli..how this relation explains increase IgE???

My theory in Hyper IgE sx (Jobs Sx) is that due to no IFN gamma NO inhibition of a TH2 proliferation response leading to a promotion of adaptive immune response (antibodies) the exact reason why is IgE i cant really figure out. :notsure:
