Hi All (newbies, scout & the forum staff),

can anyone give me good interview tips (general guidelines for a good IV outcome) and how to ace them, to provide me with already available links to IV guidelines (I faintly remember seeing one by applicant guide) and also to give me some info if there is any professional coaching available for it (and also whether it is really needed for an IMG).
