yup its fructose 6 phosphate ------ fructose 1 6 bisphosphate

the other 2 irreversible steps in glycolysis are glucose ---- glucose 6 phophate

phophoenol pyruvate ----- pyruvate

if it is a rate limiting step is it a irrevesible step for sure ???/ i dont think so explain
