Is First Aid Q&A for the USMLE Step 1 reliable?

Hello everyone!I just wanted to know if the First Aid Q&A for Step 1 is reliable or if it is waste of time looking at those questions.Your opinions are greatly appreciated.:)

Hey guys 8 days left for my exam. N wanna do more questions for practice. So which one is advised? First aid q n a or Kaplan q book. Done with u world.
