Never leave it blank
Never leave a question in the USMLE examination as blank ,, USMLE will give you scores for the correct answers but will not take scores from you for the wrong ones ,, So if you got into an end with a question without having a clue about the right (or near right) answer or if you ran out of time >> pick up any answer just leaving it for luck ,,,
