I've known a guy who had 270 something with DIT+FA+UWorld (maybe he did mention pathoma but I'm not sure). But he did well in his school and was a US grad..... So, it depends on yourself really. What your background is.

If you were a stellar candidate during your med school, it shouldn't be a problem with your plan. I would study more for an avg. student.
