My friends, it is really important to have studied very well the questions from the first try. Then you will be able to master numerous concepts and be able to carry on without a second read. It is also important to have read your books prior to UW so that you can get the maximum from the questions-it is difficult to learn if you encounter questions from the first try-you should be able to know somethings first and then the UW will be able to put a spotlight on your weak areas. Also, my advise is after you finish UW to do an NBME to avoid any unnecessary repetition-If NBME shows good score, no need to read twice-just go and nail the step!
