They may be out of date, but trust me that you have a jewel beside you. I've been searching for that old version for so long now that it's not even funny. It has the great Dr. Lionel Raymon teaching biochem and I hear he does it beautifully. Not only him, but that older version had some good teachers that for whatever reason are not teaching in the newer versions. What I suggest you do is combine those with the newer ones (as long as time isn't an issue) and learn from the teachers that are recognized by other usmle-kaplan-forum gurus as the best and must see. If it's not possible then I suggest to compensate that older version with new editions of other support material like FA. Heck, i'd use them.
