Is this workplace sexual harassment thing really exist in the world? Many times I read it on the internet or heard from news channels about this but didn't take this seriously until one of my friends from school time being in a situation. Last week she told me that she faced sexual harassment in her office by his manager. From the start of her joining, he was trying to hit on her and talk nicely but slowly things got tense last month he tried to ask her about date night but she did not want it. So last week he try to harass her sexually in the office canteen. That thing affect her a lot and she did not know how to deal with it. So as a friend suggested she to complained her harasser with your office HR department but the result is not as she expected. So I suggest she visit a skilled sexual harassment lawyer like Cummings & Franck, P.C. to get legal advice and help to fight against her harasser in court. As a human, we developed and educated over self so much but still, but this kind of social issue is still present in our world. What do you think of how can we fight against this social issue?

We can fight against this problem through education, promoting a culture of respect and accountability, and implementing stronger laws and policies. Supporting and empowering victims is also important.
