every "wise" teacher and student is saying that the diagnosis is not important in step 2 CS. right!
Well, I can assure you this is wrong
If you know the diagnosis, you'll know what to ask, what to examine, and you'll not forget that particular very important point.
I am a medical student and I don't have clinical experience yet. I face tremendous difficulties when I face a CS case because I don't know the diagnosis.
So I think CS should be left to after graduation when u have at least some clinical experience.
