Its not fair

Its not fair that IMG have to go through so much just to get a match I mean, I know some people who have more clinical experience in their home country than US grads and still cannot get a match just because they are not US citizens...

Well, i think surely a country would prefer its own citizens rather than "outsiders". The thing is, some "outsiders" may have much more clinical experience and knowledge, but then how can the program director know who is good and who is bad? It would seem safer to take in US grads.

But then again, we should not be discouraged.:)

Safer? What does that mean, oh those who live on coffee and red bull and dont mind giving their patients sedatives so they can sleep, everyone is diffferent so it should seen safer to the clinical director, considering some of the clinical directors are IMG's themselves

but a country needs to prefer their own citizens first.
we should really prove ourselves higher to dominate this
