Hey guys, I'm doing upper limb now at Kaplan, but I found it lacks a lot of important details like anastomoses around scapula and elbow joint! It only mentions 2 anastomoses in upper limb and briefly...should I compensate this by adding info about them in my notes or what?

The lecture notes and videos are high-yield, and cover what is most likely to be asked on the exam, based on years of experience. You could supplement your review if you need additional context, but be careful about using too many resources, as you could get distracted and/or confused, which could slow you down.
