Just started revising for part 1. Is Kaplan notes (together with a Goljan Path RR, BRS physio & FA) enough?

My knowledge of basic sciences is poor since not covered them for several years!

Yes. These are the resources and if you master them together with question banks, you'll be able to hook a 99 easily.
