OK there are two options here
we either read Kaplan Lecture Notes for USMLE step 3 or we read that single book of Conrad Fischer (Master the boards) for the USMLE step 3.
Which of these you guys think is better?

Kaplan notes for the CK and Step 3 are the same

Kaplan notes for the CK and Kaplan notes for Step 3 are exactly the same. I checked both of them word by word. It's just that the Step 3 notes are organized in different volumes and they added practice cases to them which we can get by any qbank anyway.
There's no need to purchase the step 3 notes at all if you have been reading the CK notes, they are totally the same.

I have been going through MASTER THE BOARDS and KAPLAN LECTURE NOTES...both are totally different...MTB is really good but KAPLAN LN does have more coverage...

I'm doing KLN 2 ck and MTB 3 and, while KLN is more extensive, I think it's missing some " how to proceed / handle" specific situations as required for step 3.

With regard to Kaplan, Step 2CK better addresses Step 3 thatn their step 3 notes, it is ironical but true. kaplan step 3 is a total waste of time. Would do MTB, Step 2ck notes, Archer lectures and UW q bank to well-prepare for step 3 per guidance from number of my seniors who passed this exam

for step3 preparation we can get new step 3 kaplan, as in New setup day 1 is what? and then day 2 composed of what not knoen from the info supplied in fsmb

mAKE NO MISTAKE, nEW DAY 1 IS DIFFERENT AND THOSE WHO NREALLY WROTE PLEASE TELL US THE ANATOMY OF TEST, WHAT IS DAT 1, IS IT6/7 HOUR, THEN DAT 2, HOE MANY CASE AND QS.
