Has anyone yet used MASTER THE BOARDS PEDIATRICS?? Can it be used as a review book for pediatric and is using a subject specific review book helpful in USMLE step2CK?? I guess it got released in 2010..

You don't need it
MTB-Pediatrics is a 600 page book, it's designed for pediatric residents applying for the pediatric boards and it's not for the USMLE exam.
If you read extensive specialty books for Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, ObGyn, Epidemiology, and Psychiatry you will end up spending too much time and you efforts will not be focused and ultimately you won't get a high score.
Kaplan Medical Master the Boards for CK is the book designed for USMLE Exam.
