I have bought the newest Kaplan CK notes 2010-2011 (actual copies). They have red covers. You should get those, and not any earlier version, because they include many additions (e.g. 100 extra pages in Int Med). Other books also have a lot of extra pages.

EDIT: I think I'm mistaken. I guess 2008-2009 also include these additions. Please read my other post below.
I'm sorry. I think I made a mistake in my last post.
I found info on the internet that starting from edition 2008-2009, the notes length has increased as I described. See below:

KAPLAN LECTURE NOTES , 2008-09 , LATEST EDITION , NEW , UNMARKED , LOTS OF UPDATES AND ADDITIONS ACCORDING TO LATEST TRENDS ON STEP 2 EXAM,SPECIAL HIGH YIELD IMAGE SECTION , Difference of pages from old edition :

Internal med, old edition 342 ,new edition 453.
Peds old 253,new 325 .
Gyn/Obs old 174 , new 284 .
Surgery old 194, new 237 .
Psych/epi old 194 ,new 201 .
Qbook old 531, new 556.
Both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics notes that I have (2010-2011 ed.) have the exact amount of pages shown for those of 2008-2009, so I'm guessing both editions are the same.

There are no 2010-2011 at all!!
The latest edition is 2008-2009 with the same number of pages you mentioned.
Those books that sold under 2010-2011 are fake!! actually they are 2008-2009
May be they are fake, but sometimes Kaplan releases the notes every year even if there are no changes that had been made.

I bought mine from a local bookstore.

Here are screenshots of the notes (sorry about the bad quality):

Anyway, it doesn't matter. Both have the same exact page count.
