hello, i would like to know what are people doing in their last month / or last couple of weeks to exam ??

im trying to do FA with Pathoma , pharm here and there and few times micro as well
ofcourse with UW , but its kind of tough to do everything in a day

Please share your strategies/ ideas

my exam would be around third week of November

As of now I'm reviewing FA from cover to cover...
Also revising uworld explanations and taking random new questions from uworld..

The most important thing is to go over as many test questions you can find...to understand to dissect the stem questions in a short amount of time... That's a HUGE challenge but it helps a lot... If you don't have uworld then try to go over your previous NBME questions....

im trying to do FA cover to cover too, sometimes along with DIT

i feel i should review pathoma in the last 2 weeks and do most of uw along with FA at this point

Does someone else has a different approach ??

I am done with around 45% of uworld with FA. Will give a nbme around 50% and try to finish it by the 2nd week of oct. Will give another nbme and concentrate on the week areas with FA and will give third nbme after FA. Will give around 2 weeks for revising uworld and give a read or even two to FA before giving exam at the end of nov i-e if my nbmes are up to the mark. Also will try to give one nbme along with uworld sa on the same day for getting prepared for the big day.

What I did for the last 20 days:
1) did both UWSA and 1 NBME

2) redo all questions I answered wrongly on Uworld (spend about 4 to 5 days including reading the explanation)

3) memorize important normal values like electrolytes and ABG values

4) go thru gross and microscopic images briefly

5) Listen to heart sounds from the internet

6) look at chest, abdominal and brain CT images from Kaplan LN and from the internet.
