This buzzword has been frequently in the USMLE exam.
It refers to a condition in which the skin appears with lacy reticulated pattern. It is caused by swelling of the small venules.
There's a long list that causes Livedo Reticularis (Check the whole list in this Wikipedia article).
However, for the USMLE the most important cause to remember is the antiviral drug Amantidine.
