12 year old with lymphadenopathy hepatomegaly lymphocytosis autoimmune features and persistent lymphocytes activation after exposing his blood sample to T cell mitogen.

What is your diagnosis?

i thought in this syndrome .. but there is no lymphocytosis in it .. as i remember ...

it ofcource it goes with FAS mutation :eek:
They don't give you everything in USMLE, the fact there's lymphoid organs enlargement is enough to point to an activated immune system.

Yes, of course it's Fas and FasL mutation so that they don't work so that activated T lymphocytes don't kill each other after finishing their job.
