35 years old male patient with prior history of sexually transmitted disease presented with join aches and this rash:

the most likely diagnosis is
a- Syphilis
b- Reiter's
c- Psoriasis
d- Drug reaction
e- Skin infection

keratoderma blennorrhagica?

To be honest, I do not know the name ......so I refer to some sources :)

You are absolutely correct :)
keratoderma blenorrhagica is an almost pathognomonic epiphenomenon seen in Reiter's. The other characteristic skin lesion is balanitis circinata.
