Hi,
Thanks for answering my previous questions it was helpful...I have another question, if someone get a medium score exams like 80, 85, but have master degree in UK for ex, in Nephrology, does that help for application of residency? what will support the residency application? and is it easy to get observership? and does research experience important? overall if someone gets 80 or 85 in USMLE? how far the chance is for getting residency? i hope you can answer me..thanks

Yes, it's helpful

UK degrees are perhaps the only "overseas" degrees that have some value here in the US.

So yes, if you have an MS from UK it will totally count when apply here in USA.

If you are looking for nephrology certainly you will get it. :)

USMLE scores in 80

USMLE scores in the 80s can be good if you have other good stuff in your CV such as research, observerships, externsips, publications, postgraduate degrees and other stuff.
