There are two Meisnner's stuff in our USMLE exam which might be confusing:
Meisnner's corpuscles are the nerve endings in our skin and finger tips sensitive to fine touch.
While Meisnner's Plexuses are secondary parasympathetic autonomic plexuses found in the intestinal submucosa (also called submucous plexus). The other plexus is Auerbach's Myenteric plexus found between the inner circular and outer longitudinal smooth muscles of the intestinal layers.
