Stamina has always been a big problem for most Step takers. Minds can go blank, and concentration reduced at the 5-7th block.

So, I just would like to ask for all those who have taken the Step 1, and those who are going to take the Step 1 :

How did you manage to train your stamina up for this 8 hour exam? What methods do you use, what strategies did you have, and what tips have you got for future Step takers?:)

Take NBME back to back? 5 second breathers during the exam?
