cytotoxic t lymhocytes.
Hey dr. muhamad I think beta2 microglobulin is part of the MHC 1 complex, which interacts with Cytotoxic t lymphocytes. So without this they probably cant be activated.isnt it LAD type 2??
and the answer is E??
oh thanksP.S in LAD 2 it is an integrin defect, not microglobulin.
I dont think so. I have read that LAD 1 is an integrin defect and LAD 2 a selectin defect, but extremely rare.oh thanks
i thought they r both microglobulin
