Hey dr. muhamad I think beta2 microglobulin is part of the MHC 1 complex, which interacts with Cytotoxic t lymphocytes. So without this they probably cant be activated.isnt it LAD type 2??

I dont think so. I have read that LAD 1 is an integrin defect and LAD 2 a selectin defect, but extremely rare.oh thanks
