2- Facia and SC fat
3- Surpaspinous ligament
3- Interspinous ligament
5- Ligamentum flavum
6- Epidural space and fat (epidural anesthesia needle stops here)
7- Dura

No damage having one more option...

Lumbar puncture:
1. Skin
2. Superficial fascia
3. Supraspinous ligament
4. Interspinous ligament
5. Ligamentum flavum
6. Epidural space containing the internal vertebral venous plexus
7. Dura mater
8. Arachnoid
9. Subarachnoid space containing cerebrospinal fluid.

3S ILEDAS So you write: SSS ILEDAS

Skin
Superficial fascia

Supraspinous ligament
Interspinous ligament
Ligamentum flavum

Epidural space
Dura mater
Arachnoid
Subarachnoid space

The first two are logical
Then remember you have 3 ligaments
And then the rest it will come to you...

And remember Pia is not Pierced
