I tried to use these generators you mentioned but it seems they don't work perfectly for our medical purposes.

for example medical students understands and knows by heart what GFR means
while those generators will try to make something out of it
like Gorillas Feel Reliably!

So I think the best USMLE mnemonic generator is the student him/herself as they know exactly what's easy to remember in the medical jargon, a unique environment not shared by others.

There's a very nice online mnemonics generators here
We can have our own mnemonics from these generators :)
Hello Londoner,

I agree with the post above, these aren't very reliable. I myself gave up finding automatic mnemonics and make up my own ways to remember stuff.
One exception: I use the following online tool to remember numbers (unfortunately, really numbers only).

Mnemonics

Try using the mnemonic system at "mnemonicsonline.com." It may take a little more effort to attach the information to the symbols. But recall will be much easier and more accurate. TIM
