in kaplan medicine its written that biopsy is most accurate test, but in mtb2 its written that most accurate test for wilson disease in increased urinary copper level on pencilamine test,..........which one is rite?

uworld says that wilsons disease is Dx by decreased serum ceruloplasmin, increased urinary copper, and kayser flesicher rings seen on slit lamp examination.
