When I read Goljan Rapid Review (2007 and 2009), and even his audio, he say that primary lung cancer is the most common metastasis to liver, followed by colon and breast.
But First Aid says that the following are the most common metastasis to liver : Colon > Stomach > Pancreas > Breast > Lung. They even have a mnemonic for it " Cancer Sometimes Penetrates Benign Liver.
So which is the most common metastasis to liver? Or did I miss-interpret 1 of the sources?
