I am an IMG and as you know there's no such thing as MSPE in our schools.
Now what should I be doing in ERAS?
Should I just upload a letter from my dean in the MSPE space?
I know this seems to be quite late for the match season but am actually looking for the Scramble this year.
Any help would be appreciated.

I will tell my experience with this.
I just made my dean write a few rows about me, like what year graduated, what was the overall average, what was my sequence among my fellows and few good words about me.
Then I uploaded that letter in the MSPE place.
It went well and I got interviews and I was prematched.

So I assume you can do the same.

As far as I know PDs do not look at your MSPE as long as your an IMG because they know there's no such system in our countries.
Any simple letter from your dean or college registrar is enough and will get you through.
Do not worry about.
I know several friends who were matched and they just put a simple letter from the dean and that's it.

Just remember to mention your AAMC ID when your dean writes the letter.
I think it's important identification information.
