Let suppose a lady comes to you and tell you that i have already two daughters and i need a son. what will be the chances if i am getting pregnant next time.?

I mean to ask in relation with MIH. Is there any practical role of MIH helping this lady to get son.?

Well I don't think so coz phenotype is determined by the genotype xx/xy which is determined at the time of fertilization if y chromosome is there then we'll have SRY gene that will stimulate formation of testosterone and the MIH so a genetic counseling can help but not MIH
