Well okay -

Not a - well it could be a but I'm not sure what an M protein is beyond the fact that they are part of Streptococcus Pyogenes...

Not b - Nicotinic receptor mechanisms involve the Na+/K+ pump not second messengers - the mechanism describes is a Gq which is used at M1 and M3 receptors.

Not c because Nm and Nn are not at salivary glands - Nn are at the adrenal medulla nd the autonomic ganglia and Nm is at skeletal mucles

Not e because muscarinic receptors bind AcetylCholine, not NE

So by elimination D... I'm really not sure though... anyone else weigh in?
