I did NBME Form 7 and got 470; is the score decent enough to sit the exam

It depends on your aim

A three digit score of 216 correlates with 88-90 two digit score ( See http://www.usmle-forums.com/general...smle-two-digit-versus-three-digit-scores.html )

So it depends on what's your aim.

If you are aiming at upper nineties score then you need to improve yourself. If an upper eighty or lower ninety score is OK for you then it's a descent score

I aim high 90s can't risk aiming low and failing, Will you please advice me which is the most difficult nbme form from 1 to 7. I want to do the difficult one first and the easier just before the exam.

Form 6 and 7 are probably more difficult than the others.
Other forms 1,2,3,4,5 are perhaps identical in difficulty.

I'd say do the UWSAs too. They have answers and detailed explanations to the questions and they seem to predict the actual performance fairly well too.
