No, the NBME forms are catered to the entire test and doesn't specify subjects. Also, just a friendly reminder not to let anyone tell you to use the NBME's offline; wait until you get through all the subjects at least once, then buy an NMBE to assess where you are. Your best bet for now to figure where you are with subjects is a qbank like Kaplan or UW, where you can select the subjects you want to test yourself on. GL!
