First of all i've got to emphasize that the closest SA to my score was UWSA .. only one point difference ... and this was the last assessment I took.

The first assessment to take was NBME4: I took it after I finished all my studying and doing UWQB and revising it again once. U want to start ur assessment with a reliable Form(according to what people say) to see where u stand.I took it online. The performance profile is very important thatz why Online is better than offline.

One week later I took NBME 1: They say itz the easiest but there are many challenging questions + It covers some topics that weren't in NBME 4. Online.

One week later I took NBME 2: also one of the most reliable SA forms .. I wanted to see improvement from NBME 4 and it was very useful. I took it online as well.

One week later I took UWSA: By that point, I set my mind that this was the real exam and that I had to get a really good score
