Hi Guys
I'm just starting to study for my step 1 exams so I'm looking some advice (just finished second year)

1. Should I do a diagnostic exam to see where I'm at?

2. Should I be using qbanks now along with studying or should I wait till I review all of FA?

3. Plan is studying 8-10 hrs a day, is that enough? Will i need more or less?

4. Recommended books/qbanks??

Any advice would be appreciated thanks

First question is when you plan on taking the exam

1. Should I do a diagnostic exam to see where I'm at? I never find this any use since you need to study everything anyway. Save the diagnostics for the end to see where youre really at

2. Should I be using qbanks now along with studying or should I wait till I review all of FA? ALWAYS use as many questions as possible throughout your studying - minimum of 1 block per day is useful

3. Plan is studying 8-10 hrs a day, is that enough? Will i need more or less? Depends on how much you need. i suggest using certain units as a benchmark rather than quantity of time

4. Recommended books/qbanks??

Any advice would be appreciated thanks
