Hello. I'm a newbie at this. But, I've started reviewing material for step 1. So of late, I did CVS, and went on to complete all RR RRgoljan path, physiology, pharma, etc of CVS and then went read FA CVS section. And then tried to give the organ system CVS in the FA q&a and shot and landed up just getting 55-56% right. I'm so disappointed. Is this bad? What should I do. How should I prepare for mle 1?

55% right is about the standard for most Qbanks to start off with, 65% is pretty good, 70% is the target for elite performance. I would advise against using Qbank percentages to judge where you are. You should mostly do questions to learn from them and know what your weaknesses are. We advise everyone starting the study process to start with an NBME to establish where their baseline performance is so they can track their improvement in a standardized way. This way they can detect when they are stagnating, when they should consider new strategies etc.
