it was in the exam of a friend..pudendal nerve wasn't an option.
his options were
1.anterior vulvar nerve
2.posterior vulvar nerve
3.obturator nerve
4.pelvic splanchnic nerve
there were other options too which he doesn't remember

The question asked which nerve would be damage if a vaginal tear occurred inferolaterally and listed the perineal musculature as torn or damaged.

I had this question on my exam and given the image below the correct answer appears to be posterior labial nerve.

This medical image is titled 'Innervation of Female Groin Area and Bladder'

Exhibit number: '10051_02X'.amaged.
