When Friday comes around and we know where we matched into, what should be our next step?
- Contact hospital residency coordinator?
- Wait to be contacted?

Also, in regards with hospitals that provide housings & vacation date options, Should we then contact immediately so we have a better opportunity?

From watching a friend of mine match last year, she recieved an email from her program later on that Friday welcoming her to the program and also stating that information was forthcoming. So I think its just best to wait for the program to contact you.

Its best to wait for the program to contact you, and they will for sure.
Most of the programs contact you within 1-2 days. Some can contact you right after the match on Friday, as programs get their rosters on Thursday.

When they do contact you they will provide you all the information regarding visas, housing etc. Vacations and scheduling stuff will be later. Be ready for a lot of emails as you also have to send some documents to the state medical board for verification and also apply for a physician permit, NPI no etc.
