Sometimes in questions you face with a presentation of Nikolsky signs,
how many differential diagnosis will come to your mind at time:

(Nicole sold TEN pamphlets to Steve 4 $)

  • Nikolsky sign
  • TEN (toxic epidermal necrosis)
  • Pemphigus vulgaris
  • Stevens Johnson syndrome
  • 4S (staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome)

maybe this sentence help you in some of questions and may not be so,
you judge :
